What We Stand For

We’re guided by a triple bottom line: people, planet and profit. We consider the impact of our decisions, whether it’s a new menu item or a new community partnership. We ask ourselves, is it good for the people who work for us and the guests who walk through our door? Does it align with our goals to reduce waste, plastic and emissions? Is it financially sustainable?

If the answer to all of these is yes, we do it! If not, then it’s not for us.

Creating a Sustainable Future for our Community

We seek out ways to support our community. Our fridges and bars are stocked with locally-produced beverages and spirits. We buy from local farmers, foragers and food producers. Our restaurants promote the work of local artists. We developed a soup token program to help disadvantaged people eat with dignity. We’re committed to meaningful recognition of Indigenous land rights through reciprocity payments. We owe our success to our community.
